What: SnowMelt Spin Jam
When: March 14, 2009 6:00 PM
Donation for expenses: $5.00 per person
Where: 7046 Blue Hill Road, Glenville, PA 17329
Meetup Description: Less than 2 weeks away will be our first Spin Jam of 2009! So mark your calendars for the 14th of March from 6pm till 11pm and bring your fire toys & drums!
Now with almost a foot of snow outside here right at the moment... we will need all the help we can get to melt this stuff and spin on in some warmer weather! So if you are interested in seeing this Fire Performers Meetup happen and help melt this snow, plan to attend for this SnowMelt Spin Jam!!
If you are also interested in learning the Fire Arts, watching the Fire Arts or come to the Meetup to just network to find out about the Fire Arts and have Fun Too, make plans to ATTEND!
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1st) In order to attend, EVERYONE must RSVP first! We really need your cooperation on this. The last two years of having Fire Performers Meetups here has provided some really Great times! We wish to try and keep this Great Energy Going and knowing how many will be attending is crucial!
2nd) Please try to arrive by 6pm! We like to organize for the evening first thing and being there on time helps everyone not only to contribute to the meetup schedule, yet also everyone knows when and what to expect!
3rd) We will be asking everyone for at least a $5 donation for expenses. More if you can and wish! It would be nice to start off the year with a few bucks to take care of the expenses incurred as we continue into the year. So please be prepared to do what you can to help Our Fire Performers' Meetup donation wise.
4th) This is just to let everyone know that on the 14th, starting at noon, we will be also hosting our First Sponsorship Meeting for 2009. All are welcomed to also attend! So if you are interested in finding out more of All that happens here at Highland Farm, what sponsorship is, or about our CSA
